The Role
Good graduate scheme structure. Good support
Colleagues used to graduates, and almost all very helpful and welcoming
Line managers very helpful. Dedicated Graduate manager.
Varied between the extremes. mostly somewhere in the middle
Varied between placements. Some placements, not enough responsibility.
CAD training, engineering lifecycle training etc etc.
The Company
Depended on the placement. Most were great.
Good graduate scheme. Dedicated Graduate Manager made sure everytihg was organised. Very impressive.
Lots of training opportunities. Encouraged to seek out training.

The Culture
Good - a good number of us, and all lived closeish
Leicester is not too expensive. It varies with the area you live in.
Loads of pubs and clubs in the city centre
Loads - it's up to you to find them!
