About You
Incredibly friendly culture from trainees to partners.
The firm did an amazing job at making us feel like we were part of the firm. For example, we had the opportunity to play in a cricket match against one of the clients.
The fee earners would explain every task really well and they were very welcoming of any questions you may have.
Familiarity with typical trainee tasks has given me skills to significantly improve for future tasks, of a similar nature, on a vacation scheme or training contract.
The Company
The variety of socials was great form karaoke and bowling to a sit-down dinner with partners.
We worked in teams on a project that we presented to the HR and associates which was great for bonding.
We got extensive training in IT and legal research at the beginning of the scheme.
The breakfast briefings organised for us helped us get an insight into specific areas of law.
Socialising with colleagues both inside and outside of work was reflective of the company's friendly, non-hierarchical culture.
Everything Else
£275 p/w
A couple of drinks events were held throughout the scheme with partners, associates and trainees.
The socials were really varied and involved a lot of different people from across the firm.
Yes, we had a talk about Nabarro's involvement in the community. A couple of people went to play cricket against a client.
A reflective insight to life as a commercial lawyer and life as a trainee at the firm.
