The Role
A diverse selection of tasks whcih were insightful and interesting.
Good atmosphere and frequent socials were organised.
Always the relevant people around to answer any questions I had.
Always some form of task to do. The nature of the office meant there wasn't always a huge amount to do but in less busy times I could get to grips with CAD softwares and gain valuable knowledge.
Was able to get involved with plenty of real life situations in the form of carrying out work.
Gained more extensive CAD knowledge and other things like standards and procedures.
The Company
Good friendly atmosphere. Good balance.
Nothing seemed massively out of place and it ran fairly smoothly.
I received basic training in some things.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Very good, probably even better once being an actual graduate rather than placement though.
The Culture
Invites were often sent out for various activities.
It was probably the average I'd expect however I am from the place I worked.
Nothing massive but not awful.
Plenty if you actively seek them.
