The Role
Loved it! Gained a lot of insight into various challenges faced by the team and how to overcome them. Learned alot of new terminology and ways of tackling a problem. Had alot of computer savvy software to learn which was very enjoyable.
Very welcoming and friendly bunch.
Everyone was very helpful if ever I came across difficulties
Really good balance of work, always had something to do.
Was given responsibility to write a detailed evaluation for a new piece of software as well as training for various flow assurance challenges.
Gained exposure and training for many different types and pieces of software. Learned a great deal about problematic scenarios faced in real life environments and how to simulate these.
The Company
Relaxed and friendly working environment with everyone doing their job yet did not make you feel intimidated to ask them for help.
Well organised: I got alot of training from various members of the team and using various pieces of software. I had a clear project to work on after the training was completed, only hiccup was with some program installation difficulties...nothing major.
Went to alot of effort to include in training opportunities and gain exposure to many different areas/aspects of flow assurance
