  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The placement was extremely enjoyable, lots of diversity in such a short period of time.

  • I was valued by my colleagues, with such a quick rate of growth every team is genuinely happy to have an extra member.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was trusted to get on and do the jobs i was assigned however if i ever had any queries or questions my supervisor made time to guide me.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Just the right amount really, as is always the case the first two weeks were a huge learning curve but the right amount of responsibility and work was given throughout.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Although i learnt a huge deal it may not be wholly relevant to the academic side of my course, no doubt the skills will prove invaluable in group work and projects.

  • Extremely friendly and got on with all my colleagues very well

  • I felt that everything was organised well in advance and there were no troubles upon arrival

  • I received training in various software with the view of building in this as a graduate.

  • Subsidised/Company Gym

  • Very appealing, I will be returning as a graduate (fingers crossed) as will the vast majority of my undergraduate colleagues

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Well all resided at the same location and so the night life was very active

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Relatively cheap, the prices in Coventry are not an issue

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • it was good but a little limited with only 4/5 realistic options for going out

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • With it being such a short placement I found it hard to get involved with non work commitments
