About You
Great firm, really friendly, although very intense experience and you are certainly worked hard!
Felt very valued at some stages, helping out on completion deals etc. But other times felt slightly in the way as people were often too busy to give work out.
Guidance is almost always there if you go looking for it, but is not so much freely offered.
Some good skills, good knowledge training, generally good to familiarise yourself with trainee tasks.
The Company
Extremely well organised and structured.
Generally a really atmosphere, a lot of people at the firm keen to get involved in socials etc. But the atmosphere definitely depends on what department you are in and who you are sat with as it is a 2 per office system.
A bit of training at the start to allow you to use the computer systems and knowledge services. In terms of work received, more related to what will help the firm as opposed to personal development.
Very good insight into life of a trainee in terms of work/hours and significant opportunities to speak to members of the firm about this.
Very helpful - really nice culture in my department although have heard experience differs by department.
Everything Else
£275 a week.
Socials were really well attended by members across all levels of seniority of the firm.
Really good socials, frequent and good fun - although many felt the pressure to stay out late!
A fair amount - a few things mentioned in briefings/ by employees.
Definitely - great insight although hard work, probably a good indicator of life as a trainee!
