    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The job would have it's ups and downs. The fact that I was not used to a 9-5 schedule and that sometime I would finish my work early meant it was a struggle sometimes. For the most part it was awesome though.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • My colleagues were awesome! I was able to go to them for any questions I had, and they were some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

  • The people I was reporting to were awesome, and always had feedback for me on how I was doing and what I could do to improve.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • For the most part I would always have work, but since I would spend a lot of time working at a help desk, there would be times where I really wouldn't have much to do.

  • I loved the atmosphere I worked in, everyone was very friendly.

    5/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Enterprise did an excelent job setting up the internship.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The company did a good job in investing time in my. There would be times though I would just be watching them work because they were to busy with work that I was unable to help with.

    4/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • 3/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • I don't think I would take a job with the company. Not because I don't think it would be good place to work, but because I'm just more interested in different work.

    2/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • There was some, I went on a trip with some of the other interns. Outside of work we would not do a ton together though.
