  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Very supportive team. Some tasks a bit tedious but most were engaging.

    • Was given a surprising amount of responsibility.

    • Line manager and buddy system very useful in making progress.

    • Relaxed, but felt like it could be more sociable.

    • Was kept well informed before starting and have been engaged with a wide variety of projects.

    • Strong. They seem very keen on attracting new starters, and many current employees were previously summer students.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Emerging. Only a view socials but a view to increase them in future.

    • Cambridge is expensive but it's not too bad for me as I'm local.

    • No good without the students.
