The Role
Really interesting placement in a really interesting company
Everybody is very welcoming and friendly
Much support and guidance throughout, with help whenever I needed (at one point I was really struggling but they supported throughout!) everyone is helpful I think its the Toyota work ethos
some days really busy other days fairly quiet. but no day was the same and the work was always ongoing - never a day doing nothing
Not much responsibility, but everything I produced was genuinely useful to the company
great experience - fantastic people - really good insight on Toyota and lean processes
The Company
always busy - socials on Friday were great and everyone was up for a laugh
they had a structure however they were ok to deviate from it and put you on other tasks - it worked and im sure if I was unhappy they would put me back on course
there were workshops which I was allowed to attend - not really that useful but was something better then nothing.
