About You
Very thorough. Small group meant it was easier to network
Really close knit group, easy to talk to one another.
Talked to many people and got a lot of support, including further support through email after.
Helped me decide which modules would benefit me in my second year.
The Company
Could have benefitted from slightly more time.
They kept it very entertaining, didn't bore us with too much history.
It seems from their current graduates that they invest a lot into ensuring their skills are maximised.
The variety of both graduates and directors of the firm allowed us to see the growth potential in the firm.
Along with presentations on their culture, each member of staff provided their view on the culture.
Everything Else
As a one-day insight, and within my city, no expenses were reimbursed (but could have been if I needed to take transport).
As it was only a small group chosen to attend, the employee to student ratio was excellent.
Plenty of time afterwards to network and socialise. Really bonded with many employees and got many email addresses from them.
The range of sporting/social activities that the employees get involved was impressive.
Excellent firm to work for and with. Really supportive and friendly.
