The Role
- substantial exposure to real business problem faced by the firm - diverse tasks - ranging from student recruitment to reporting on the project's progress - client interaction - exposure to work on the client's site
Patient and understanding, devoting their time to support me and clearly describe their expectations.
Described the tasks clearly and were available for consulatations.
Varied substantially, depending on the workload faced by the team.
Many tasks involved learning new things or developing qualities I already have. Despite constant supervision, I had a chance to create some things myself
Wastly improved my communication and teamwork skill, as well as understood the way the firm is structured and operates.
The Company
Many people that were my age, quite talkative and like-minded
Overall, the guidence from my buddy was quite good, and never faced organisational difficulties since assigned
Learning-by-doing approach, the training reduced to minimum to maximise the practical expose to the job
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Interested in taking the final interview in October 2014.
The Culture
Many people willing to share their experiences and support each other when needed.
London is as expensive as it can get - luckily, the firm provided some socialising opportunities for free.
Although cheap, there are always new places to explore in London.
Same as above.
