The Role
The work is very challenging and interesting, so I really enjoyed the experience.
People around here are very friendly, and everyone is willing to help whenever I needed it.
You are never left in the dark, there are always people happy to help you.
I was responsible for my own project for the whole of two months, so I wasn't depended on anything or anyone else with balancing my workload.
I started a whole new project that hasn't been in Metaswitch so far - so yes, I was running the whole show!
Definitely in terms of cooperating with other members of the team. Also, programming skills are never bad to have.
The Company
During work-hours, it was productive. Off-hours (or at lunch breaks), it was fun!
The HR team put a lot of effort into making this as smooth as possible. Great thing is that they offer company houses - so you don't have to trouble yourself with finding place to stay in London during the summer!
I got training in everything I needed, and a bit more.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Got a job offer with them, and I'm inclined to take it.
The Culture
All the people were really friendly, we threw parties every week for all the interns.
It's still London, but much cheaper than the centre.
I actually don't know - we mostly had parties in our houses.
There are lunchtime sports, after-work social events, pubnights, etc.
