The Role
It was my first Job of this calibre, although I have valued my time at Towers Watson.
A valued member of the team.
Everyone was happy to help at any time.
There were very few times where I had to ask for work. I was kept busy throughout the placement.
I was given a good level of responsibility for what my position required.
Skills I couldn't have learnt anywhere else.
The Company
There was a great atmosphere in the office.
There was always something organised for me to be doing.
I was given various tasks to improve my skills in all areas, whilst also being given a project to do in the background owith other interns. This was something that in many internships wouldn't be considered due to the extra cost and effort needed to help with the projects.
If I was given an offer I would definitley accept it.
The Culture
The nights out that we had were very good, although due to there only being 2 interns at my office, there was a limited nmber of these due to the heavy work schedule during the summer period.
I live here as a student so know the cheaper areas of Manchester
Some sports and nights out; it is limited compared to other offices at the fimr due to it being a smaller office.
