The Role
The work I was given was enjoyable and there was rarely a dull moment.
I was treated as a member of the team and not as an internship. I was given proper work and given input for decisions.
I was given a lot of support and guidance from my manager, mentor, buddy, HR and members of my team.
At the start work was a bit lacking, but after the first couple of weeks, things picked up and I was never left without something to do.
I was given a lot of responsibility after proving that I could accomplish the tasks without breaking anything.
There was a well-developed training program which gave a great insight into the company and developed my skills including presentation and communcation skills training as well as more technical training.
The Company
Overally the atmosphere was very positive.
The internship was organised very well with structure training and development programmes setup. The only issue encountered was due to access privileges on the first day.
The company invested a lot in training and development. The first week was dedicated to training, with further training spread out across the rest of the internship. There were also regular meetings to monitor development throughout the internship.

Provided you prove you can complete the job to a high degree, you a very likely to be offered a graduate job.
The Culture
The company setup regular social events and there was a really good social scene amongst the fellow interns and colleagues.
I was based in London, so it's bound to be expensive.
There's loads to do in London!
The company setup regular social and networking events and there were many opportunities to get involved with. In the first week, we spent a day helping the community as well.
