The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement! I loved the culture and the energy within the company. I have learned so much within my time at L'Oreal and felt welcomed and valued by all team members.
I was given huge amounts of responsibility which made me feel valued and trusted by my colleagues.
The team ensured I was given exposure to all the different areas of H.R. that I wanted, I felt comfortable seeking help and guidance with my work.
The work was interesting and stimulating and met the right balance of working hard but not being over faced with work/
I was given huge amounts of responsibility which helped facilitate my growth within my my role, it also gave me a great sense of satisfaction knowing they trusted me with such tasks.
I was exposed to many areas within the H>R for example employment law which helps with a module I will be taking in my 3rd year.
The Company
There was lots of team building activity's throughout my time which made the office feel warm and welcoming.
I was given a structured plan of what was expected from me with mid year reviews which kept me focused and organised throughout my time.
There was numerous opportunity's for extra learning such as lunch and learns and even an opportunity to have a graduate buddy.
