    • Not enough work in department so struggles to occupy myself

    • Sometimes not treated equally however most individuals very kind and helpful

    • Poor instruction from manager. Very much a one way relationship as I needed to remind him I was working for him

    • Very little, due to lack for available work

    • Very quiet and conservative department

    • not cheap but not too expensive

    • close to birm and leamington so plenty to do
