The Role
I really loved the environment
I was working in the marketing department and they treated me as one of them and everyone made sure I did not feel out of place of helpless.
My supervisor was really helpful. If I had any queries or felt uncomfortable doing a certain project I could easily approach her and she would help me out.
There were days full of trainings and the others were doing my project at my own pace.
Responsibility was fairly balanced. It wasn't too much neither was it too less.
I'm going to be using my skills to do my dissertation
The Company
The department I was working was very balanced. Everyone used to work throughout the week and then on a Friday we would have a little chilled gathering for an hour ish.
In the beginning it was a bit confusing to what I was doing exactly but slowly it came together
The expensive trainings were really worth it!
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I would want to work here in the future for definate
The Culture
Everyone was really friendly .
Accommodation and travel expenses were mostly paid by the company for me and a fellow intern student.
To be honest when in a working job, its very hard to actually go out on the weekends so I usually just chilled at home
there was a summer fun day and we even had the chance to go to the annual company meeting
