The Role
Very weloming colleagus and interesting work. A supportive environment.
I felt my work was needed and that I made a valuable contribution to relieving the team's time pressure.
I could ask anyone any questions that I had. Lectures and training courses were put on for the interns.
never too busy to do what I wanted in the evening. Had enough work that I was responsible about staying late in order to get work done if I couldn't stay late the following day.
Dealing with large sums of other people's money so responsibility must be limited. However, peer review system allows you to make some decisions at an early stage.
Will certainly help in any investment related environment.
The Company
Fun colleagues who work hard but have wide variety of interests outside work.
Training was all at the London office. Regional interns were given travel grants.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Would be very interested in continued work at Mercer.
The Culture
All enjoyed each others company.
London is expensive
Good bars and pubs. No clubs.
Plenty of time available. Finish at 5.45 everyday if you have your work done.
