  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • I felt very valued by all of my colleagues. Right from the start I was treated the same as permanent mambers of staff!

    • I have regualr meetings with my line manager in which i was able to recieve any guidance or support. Also my team members were around me for any other support i need on a more day to day basis.

    • I was given a lot of responsibilty with my own projects where i could direct and change the work if i wanted to.

    • I have both built upon skills i have already learnt at Univeristy and i have also learnt a lot of new skills, both on the job and through formal training courses. These skills are going to really benefit me in my final year.
