The Role
My placement was very enjoyable, however I would not chose to pursue a career in my job role.
Everyone was helpful and supportive. Trust and confidence in my ability was never doubted.
Buddy's and managers always had time for any questions and requests I had.
There's was always work to be done - workload depended on how much I took on.
I was trusted in my ability to deliver on my work so responsibility came with that.
It's unlikely I will pursue a career where I would use the products I learned, hence the lower rating. However, I did develop skills in other areas which will be hugely beneficial to me in the future.
The Company
Atmosphere was mostly relaxed and fun.
Placement was well established although I (and another intern) were the first to do our placement. This meant it was less organized, but also meant we could shape it.
The company invested in professional training and online training.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
Perhaps in a different job role.
The Culture
Yes, but at a different office.
Expensive area.
Not bad, but not interested anyway.
Plenty.
