The Role
A great variety of different tasks with responsibility
excellent team - fun and welcoming and incredibly helpful
My manager is very supportive and interested in what I am doing
Plenty to do but not overwhelmed
lots of responsibility and freedom, equivalent to any graduate/employee
invaluable as it will help form the basis of my dissertation
The Company
The team is a lot of fun with plenty of laughs
The department was used to having graduates not undergraduates and the programme structure was relatively loose. However the adaptable nature of the internship was great as I was able to do lots of different things with real responsibility.
The L&D scheme for undergrads is relatively loose but there are fun projects to get involved with and lots of training opportunities.

The Culture
There are more opportunities for grads than undergrads but you get to know other undergrads/grads through working with them.
Cost of living relatively cheap
Coventry is very poor for nightlife but grads recommend Leamington
There are informal opportunities with colleagues in my team but not a lot of formal ones organised by the company.
