The Role
Plenty of work and opportunities to get involved in
Very friendly and helpful working environment
Management was very willing to let you get stuck and and learn from the surrounding engineers how to do the Job
Work load although naturally varying, was a good balance overall
Responsibility given was proportional to ability, and encouragement was given to take up more responsiblity
The ability to apply the skills gained during my degree has been invalulable

Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Added straight to an assessment centre
The Culture
Plenty of banter! Nice lot. Depends on the department.
Nothing at the Gaydon site, middle of a load of field.
Lived to far from work to comment
You could always hang out at work on the weekends as well?
