The Role
I thought it was balanced well with socials and a good work life balance and the people were great
I felt I was given adequate responsibility and my views were listened to
My manager was always good at explaining terms to me and helping me where needed
I was kept busy on a day to day basis, but on occasions was left to my own devices to do project work or reading as my manager was very busy at times so too busy to allocate work.
I was given as much as possible given my knowledge but some work requires extensive indepth market knowledge which, given the time I was there, was not developed sufficiently for me to be given more responsibility
It has provided me with good market and product knowledge and good work place skills for the future
The Company
good balance between professional and amicable
good training before the job started
good training provided and materials
Company Parties/Events
I am keen to get a job at the end of it
The Culture
although when people are busy, they do not socialise so much, i felt there was a really good balance and plenty of events organised
fairly expensive
being london, the nightlife was good
volunteering and social activities plenty
