The Role
The job was very varied and sociable which I enjoyed.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
My manager was very busy and then had to visit Rolls-Royce in America so I was left to support myself a lot of the time, especially towards the end.
Work depended on other people quite a bit so some days were very busy whilst other days were very quiet and boring.
I would have liked to have been given more work and challenged more.
The Company
Very relaxed and chatty atmosphere.
Well organised with an induction day at the start and a review meeting at the end.
I went on several training courses and more were available if I had wanted to.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
The Culture
Very social as there were lots of other interns and we all lived together.
Derby is quite cheap.
Lots of bars & clubs
