The Role
Fantastic placement that provided me with a great amount of development
Completely felt like a member of the team. I was given real responsibility and valued just as much as any other full time employee. I could always go to my team for help and advice, we have now all become really close.
Even though managers changed i still received a vast amount of support and guidance.
The role is very busy with lots of work to be done, but at the same time the team were always around to support me when things got too much!
A massive amount of responsibility. Running new starters inductions, intern programme etc. As previously stated, there was real responsibility and i felt that i was adding value!
Taught me many lessons about business, the workplace and most importantly myself. I now know how i work and the topics that really interest me.
The Company
Corporate environment so could be considered dull at times, but the interns and champagne always cheered it up!
They gave me lots of opportunity to develop including many paid courses etc.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel

Working from home
However much i enjoyed the placement and would return, it has made me realize that my goals in life are actually different to what i first though, so i will be perusing another career.
The Culture

Expensive, but then again it is London so you shouldn't expect anything else!
