The Role
A real delight turning up to work everyday-even with early mornings ahead!
Felt like part of the team from the day I arrived
I was assigned a "buddy" on the first day who was not only a very helpful work collegue but didnt mind me pestering her constantly with questions and was very friendly
Kept very busy with most members of the team requseting my time for various projects
Was able to produce reports from start to finish that would be submitted to the client, worked on a variety of project scales.
Extremely usefull and have been told to ask anyone for help if I so require it for help with future studies/dissatation
The Company
A great level of cummincation with chatting throughout the day, lots of chocolate, cakes and cheese on offer at least weekly too!
Set up very well, line managers were spot on with work for the level of my ability.
Many members of the team took time to explain topics carefully, going into detail too when others would not bother for a summer student
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Would love to come back again
The Culture
Always someone to eat lunch with and enjoyed a couple beer garden nights with the team
Fairly expensive city but very much worth it
Many pubs and clubs located nearby
An atkins running club were extremely welcoming and broke up the day nicely too with excercise
