  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I think it's safe to say that we all felt very valued since the company has invested a lot of time and effort in us. The recruiters seemed to know a lot of people's names which made the experience even more personal and enjoyable.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • There was a lot of support whenever we needed it. A very positive surprise was a mock group excercise on which we received feedback which then could be used live during a real, assessed one.

  • It invested a lot of time and money in us even though they know that some of us are not going to work in the company anyway. I feel like I've got a lot of useful experience out of the placement and all that thanks to the company's committment.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
