The Role
I really enjoy working at BofAML very much, a lot of learning opportunities via great resources available, people and challenging tasks.
I feel very valued, and I am given a lot of support.
A lot of guidance and support, my tasks and goals where clearly established at the beginning of the placement giving me a sense of direction all the way.
I'm usually engaged most of the time, but time is also available for learning.
I have been given enough responsibility, such that I can see practically how my input affects the business.
The things I learn daily can't quite be quantified, from improving in work relationships and communication to sharpening my programming and analytic skills to simply expanding my view of how business in done in world class organizations, I have learnt a lot.
The Company
A right balance of fun and work
Very very organized, from the start I was equipped and ready to go
Lots and lots of training on both soft and more technical skills where provided at the start of the internship, and more periodically along the way
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Yes there were a lot of social events organized.
