The Role
The environment at EY is extremely friendly and positive all the times. People are always willing to help to make sure that the new interns feel welcomed and integrated.
My colleagues are very nice people who always show appreciation for my efforts.
The system of buddy and counsellor is there to make sure that I always receive help and guidance whenever needed.
The workload in my team depends a lot on the different clients' projects so someday it could be really busy but some others, there would not be as much to do.
I was given real work that is relevant to the client project that we were doing right from the start.
I can see my soft skills (personal relationships, networking etc) develop everyday during the internship.
The Company
The atmosphere is a good balance between a fun office and a fully professional one.
The internship is very well organised from day 1.
I can feel that EY really value interns and want to make sure we have the best experience and subsequently choose to stay with EY.
