The Role
very enjoyable envirnoment and every day was different. It was nice to be making a telling contribution to both the company and the public
was made to feel extremely welcome and made some great friends
great training was provided - the same as for permanent employees. management were always willing to help out
very busy but that is the nature of the work and the industry in general, made the days go quickly though
was doing the job of any permanent employee and most of the time extra on top of this. You can't be babysat in recruitment and so need to take responsibility which was enjoyable
given a great insight not only into recruitment but dealing with all different industries gives great knowledge. My experience in cv writing and giving interview tips will be invaluable in gaining future employment
The Company
great atmosphere which comes with the sales environment. There is alot of pressure but this is enjoyable if you can thrive on it.
lacked some structure at times but overall was set up well
went on various training programmes to aid development. got the same training as any permanent employee
