Great social and work environment - the office has a stimulating atmosphere and great networking opportunities
I was encouraged to get on the road and travel to meet distributors all over the country, allowed to undertake training courses and treated like a permanent member of the team.

The Culture
Loads of students and very friendly but it's hard when people are spread geographically and are very busy in their roles. Not an abundance of social options in Bracknell so we tended to have to go into Reading for nights out! But the gym is very social and there are some great sports groups for all levels of ability.
Bracknell seemed very cheap for those of my friends who lived there, or Reading is a bit more expensive but closer to the action.
Have to go to Reading or into London - but the option is there.
