The Role
Increased responsbility throughout my placement at SAP. Excellent role models and management at SAP have enabled me to grow my skills and business awareness.
Regular communication and engagement with colleagues has directly impacted the work I have project managed as well as the guidance and support around these.
Continuous 1:1 meetings throughout the placement year - having clear defined objectives to focus on has enabled me to target key areas for improvement and come away from SAP with a range of positive experiences.
Communication with managers provided me with a platform to have a suitable workload for me. Managing my own workload become more natural as my placement progressed, as I become more familiar with the processes and business functions.
Looking back on my year... the amount of work I have achieved at SAP is phenomenal. I put this down to 1) The quality of management at SAP 2) A positive can-do attitude - this combintation will bring successful placement.
Massively. Not only have I put theory into real-life practise, I now have great commercial experience which will leverage hugely my next career move.
The Company
