The Role
The programme as a whole is very well organized. One gets a good balance of working experience, networking and a clear picture of how the organization works.
From day one I was treated as a full time employee. I did not feel treated as someone inferior, proving ethics does play a great role in MUSI
Subject to my own inputs and feedback, team was always supportive of my own initiatives
As in other banking jobs, workload widely varies from one day to the other. Overall, I felt neither bored nor overstressed
Trying to be a bit more critical, I would have enjoyed having a bit more of responsibility. However, it is understandable that one is not going to take full charge of duties that are critical to the department taking into consideration that the internship runs for 10 weeks.
Very insightful 10 weeks
The Company
Really interactive and informal overall. Everyone was approachable no matter what their position was
As a relatively new program, HR puts a lot of effort on improving it and gathering feedback from us. They try to tailor-made the program to prove useful both for the desks and the interns
Probably the strongest point. We had 1 week training, together with meetings with different senior managers from all around the business. Furthermore, the intern class being relatively small, the whole experience is quite personal.

Being a small intern class made the whole experience quite personal. We all have formed a very nice group of friends
