The Role
I enjoyed it IMMENSLEY not only from the business perspective side of things where i learned alot of techinal things but the organizational culture and the pace
Not only did I feel like family, they treated me like a work colleague. I was invited to almost everything
They always made sure i was ok and they had an open door policy so i could ask any question
It was a bit slow because alot of people were on holiday so getting the projects done had alot of lag times but other than that it was great
Like i said before, they treated me like a work colleague and had more confidence in me than i had in myself, because of that i was able to do well
I study business administration so the skills i learned herhere and the ones i developed on were completely relevant
The Company
It was more upbeat than i expected, but then again i arrived when alot of people were on holiday so it had moments were it was dull
very organised, it was like they thought of everything, from when i left my home country, all the way to the end of my internship
Everything. There are soo many resources available as well as people willing to invest time in you, no matter the hierarchy
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Hopefully they will give me a full time offer!
The Culture
2-3 events every other weel
Very expensive, but that is not their fault....this is london
Lots to do
Volunteering was a big focus
