The Role
Very enjoyable, challenging and educationally rewarding
Opinions and inputs into projects always respected and considered
Always available for questions with emphasis on pointing you in the right direction to achieving improvement individually.
As with any position there are busy times but in general very well balanced with doing time out with your contracted hours generally discouraged.
Responsibility was an aspect to be earned and once it had been the extent of responsibility went as far as my personal abilities allowed it to go.
Very good in terms of learning how to work in an office, agile development and team environment. Many technical skills were also improved upon and learnt with resources being made available and guidance provided based upon my personal ambition.
The Company
Serious when appropriate but generally friendly, open and approachable.
Very smooth transition into position with advice whenever requested
Trainings in different development languages provided, flown to US for patient experience workshop and german language CDs provided for personal study.

Working from home
Excellent, many opportunities presented throughout position giving you the chance to make a decision on one that is suitable for you.
The Culture
very friendly, football game weekly, went for lunches and many office members would socialize on a Friday after work
Oxford is not the cheapest place to rent but a very nice place to live and go out.
Nightlife is fairly average, many lovely pubs. However proximity to London means that everything you could ask for is only an hour away.
Company social club, many monthly activities such as football, dinners, card games etc.
