The Role
SAP provides a great experience for interns. In my role I was given a lot of support in my day-to-day role and given the opportunity to experience other areas of the business that I found interesting. 10/10 for enjoyment and support.
The Operations team provides so much support to their interns. We were treated like full time employees and rewarded like one too. The Operations department is like a close nit family, so definitely apply if you enjoy wokring in a team environment.
Weekly manager meetings & Bi-weekly Buddy meetings. My buddy and Manager really cared about my personal development throughout the year and they have helped me decide my future career aspirations. You end up working with a lot of senior managers in the organisation, and everyone is really approachable. I used my initative and asked someone to be my Mentor- this proved invaluable and provided me with a lot of guidance and someone to go to for advice.
Very busy towards Quater End. Always kept on my toes with new work and projects.
Treatd like a full time employee.
I have learnt more on my placement year than at University. I have developed skills that I never realised I had or could do.
