    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • SAP provides a great experience for interns. In my role I was given a lot of support in my day-to-day role and given the opportunity to experience other areas of the business that I found interesting. 10/10 for enjoyment and support.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • The Operations team provides so much support to their interns. We were treated like full time employees and rewarded like one too. The Operations department is like a close nit family, so definitely apply if you enjoy wokring in a team environment.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Weekly manager meetings & Bi-weekly Buddy meetings. My buddy and Manager really cared about my personal development throughout the year and they have helped me decide my future career aspirations. You end up working with a lot of senior managers in the organisation, and everyone is really approachable. I used my initative and asked someone to be my Mentor- this proved invaluable and provided me with a lot of guidance and someone to go to for advice.
