The Role
Loved it!
Everyone was super welcoming.
My team were so generous with their time, and could always spare twice as much time as I requested, just to tell me things in more detail.
My project and deadlines were very well managed, and the workload was challenging, but manageable.
My project was tiny, compared to the regular staffs', however, my project was useful to them, and will be implemented after I'm gone.
I gained better financial, business and maths knowledge, and excel skills for life.
The Company
Some very fun personalities.
The week's classroom training really helped me in my main rotation.
I felt that a lot of time and resources were given to me.
Subsidised Canteen
They turn more than 70% of their summer interns into full tinme analysts.
The Culture
Went out for drinks at least once a week. Often ate lunch together.
London prices, but this is expected. Further more, my summer intern's wage was better than the industry average.
I rarely stayed out late.
