The Role
Fantastic internship in all areas: work, education, entertainment
I had a great team, who valued me highly and included me in meetings and discussions. When I raised issues, they immediately came to listen and resolve them.
Always had time when I asked for help and guided me to develop a good practice of letting them know how far I've gotten with the work.
Never felt bored and never felt stressed.
I had as much responsibility as a normal employee. My projects were mine :)
I got great experiences of how to work in a team and how to manage code that gets integrated into a larger codebase.
The Company
More than enough fun to keep you happy, but not enough to distract you from doing your work.
Couldn't wish for more.
They want to see how great you can be when you have the opportunities and tools to do so. Thus, they invest quite a lot into their interns to see the results.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
They love me and I love them :) Let's see what the future brings
The Culture
Absolutely amazing! Weekly events in sports and games, and many other ones!
As good as Greater London can get.
Didn't really try out much.
As mentioned, there are many non-work related activities organised from people at the company. Enfield also offers a few activities of its own.
