The Role
It was hard and sometimes there wasn't alot to do but if you are proactive and search out people and activities you can tide yourself over the quieter periods
Lovely staff always looking out for you
The branch I was placed in was very busy so mangment had very little free time but if you were persitant they would give you some time
There were times when I was super busy and other times when there was nothing to do but overall it was an okay balance
Some days we were expected to just do intern things and others we were doing things managment were doing
I have learnt alot of soft skills that I will be able to use in my life after university
The Company
Friendly staff who always were willing to laugh and smile made it a lovely working environment
Handbook set out guide line activities and the application process was easy to follow as you were guided through every step of the process
It was very dependant on me to go get what I wanted out of the internship the manager helped set up visits and things but I had to ask for them

The Culture
Everyone was chatty and wanted to organise drinks and things before we left.
I worked where I went to uni so I already had cheap rent and food ect
It is a student city so the nightlife is very good, there is something on most nights of the week
There are opportunities but alot of the time they are based around dates where the placement isnt running or are in areas I wasnt willing to travel to
