The Role
Great year at SAP - given real responsibilty, involved in lots of different projects/events/activities, was pushed to get involved with activities outside of my role and was supported fully throughout my whole year.
I felt like part of my team and was given real responsibilities that had tangible outcomes.
Fantastic team support, always provided guidance, opened up opportunities for me and really help to push and develop myself.
As I became a fully integrated member of my team, there was never really a quiet moment - always something to do!
Again, became a fully integrated member of my team and so was given real responsibilities.
The skills I have been taught will be invaluable moving forward. A really interesting part of my placement year was that I was fully involved in recruiting my replacement; from reviewing CVs to attending the assessment day. I got to see what it is like to be on the other side of the recruitment process, and it really taught me some invaluable tips that I can use moving forward.
The Company
With 33 other interns, the office always had a good vibe. The office has also just been redocarated which has made a huge difference.
Well organised, and always felt supported.
While I did not attend any training courses, I feel as though just the opportunities I have been given has been a great development point.

At the moment SAP does not have a graduate programme. They do have SAP Sales Academy, which offers an amazing opportunity to those interested. However, I do not want to work in Sales moving forward, and so this programme is not applicable to me.
The Culture
Something going on every weekend. I was also part of the netball team which was a great social network.
I lived at home, but London is quite expensive.
Not far from London, so loads of good nightlife around the area.
As previously mentioned, I was part of the Netball team, there is also a football team as well as a jogging group.
