  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It was really good. I got to learn a lot about various investment managers. The eam was great as well.

    • Ver close team who welcomed me in from the outset.

    • My buddy was very helpful without making me feel as if my every move was being watched.

    • I was busy enough to avoid not having anyhting to do and but not that much as to make me feel stressed.

    • I think a reasonable level of responsibility. I also appreciated that I was left to independently finish my work.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I certainly learned a lot about investments and I think I improved my soft skills as well.

    • Professional but not a stifling environment

    • Good, but a few too many trips I had to make to London

    • My buddy was realy good in trying to enhance my experience. He was always willing to help me develop.

    • I don't know as yet, but hopefully will get offered a graduate job.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • My colleagues and I regularly went out for drinks. One perk of my job was that I also attended meals and drinks with investment managers.

    • It was reasonable.

    • Leeds Nightlife...
