The Role
Most of the parts were really good thanks to my very supportive manager and team, but I would get really boring work from another department like putting a lot of letters in envelopes and all.
My team treated me very well. My manger made an attempt to give me an overview of all the parts of the bank.
To decent extent. When ever I had something to ask my manager would help me out.
A good balance. I was on a big project and could work at my speed.
I was put on an important change process project. I also conducted some important research
Not too much. I felt the training by Sanatander was very insufficient.
The Company
Very casual enviorment. Sometimes had good chats with other people.
It was very badly organised and I think it is because of the HR department but my manager made her best effort to make it the best experience for me.
Not too much, we just had to training events and they also felt extremely general. Didn't find any of them good.
I am not sure but may work if the graduate programme is more structured.
The Culture
There was no social scene at all.
Just the normal Manchester, nothing special with that.
Manchester has one of the best nightlifes but I hardly used to go cause I had to wake up early.
No opportunities outside work.
