The Role
Excellent internship, very well structured and organised. The organisation has a great culture and the people that work here value your input.
Great support system, regular HR catch ups, buddy & mentoring system in place.
Steady flow of work, sometimes dependent on dealflow but that is the nature of the business.
Challenging tasks and real responsability, work used in client reporting/by fund managers
Completed degree but there is certainly a numerical aspect to the job. In addition: problem solving, presentation skills, excel, industry specific software. IMC training commencing upon joining the graduate program.
