The Role
There is a friendly environment created by the staff you work with which makes your stay at BDO really enjoyable.
From the day you start the staff try to make an effort to get to know you and include in what theyre doing both in the office and any socials outside the office.
Everyone made themselves available if you needed any help. You have several catch up meetings during your internship incase you have any problems or what to talk about something.
The department I was working in was fairly busy during my stay so it was very rare that I was left with no work to do. Understandly the work I was capable of doing was limited but the people in my department alwasy tried to find me work to keep me busy.
As an intern your knowledge is limited but you are still given the responsibility of client work and meeting other deadlines.
The experience you gain from working at a company like BDO is invaluable to take with you for the rest of your working life. You learn skills such as time management and how to network
