The Role
After week one, I knew I wanted to stay on longer than I was contracted to.
Especially in Internal Recruitment, Office Support and Compliance. Everyone is so welcoming and lovely.
All supervisors were available to answer questions and help with any little problems.
Some days were quite, however when it was busy, it was very busy!
My 5th week I was literally ''running the show''. The office support team allowed me to be more interactive with candidates. I really got an insight of recruitment at Office Support.
I am now more confident on the phone in a formal manner. I am now more able to use different databases to help me source and find specific things.
The Company
2 months before the intership had started, I was already told who and where I was going to. I
As the intership allowed to rotate and experience each division of the business, I got to see how different sections work.
The Culture
Thats the number one thing I love about the job. It is very social and matches my personality.
I enjoyed the Netball team!
