The Role
The company is great lots of people gave their time to us as a group to share their expertise
By permnant employees of National Grid felt valued by the amount of time they spent with us. Felt less valued with some members of the power academey scheme.
Support was all put on the shoulders of one person (a really helpful person) but with a day job needing to forfilled this limited the amount of guidance we could be give. For a variety of reasons our contact with any management was limited.
The Company
Office very friendly and welcoming
As there were a large number of us on the same scheme at the same time organisation was through HR, and was well coordinated
The graduate scheme is very comprehensive, and gives lots of greater experiences for the understanding of the company, after that it is diffcult to say, I might like to use some more of my degree skills to do development of assets rather than runnning of maintenace
