The Role
Enjoyed it but was not given much work therefore not the best insight, however this was because my department was very busy.
By other academy staff and students, very much so. Not so much in actual desk.
Although not much in quantity, the quality of the advice given was outstanding.
Not enough work.
Responsible for academy tasks.
Skills in Excel, office environment, etc.
The Company
Middle office, very quiet.
Organised structure.
The academy made a large effort to ensure we were learning as much as possible.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Great route through academy - internship - graduate programmes as you get a massive scope of the company as it is rotational. Informed decisions are the best.
The Culture
Everyone on the academy and internship got on very well, often going out to eat/ drink together and attending charity events as a team.
Very expensive (Central London)
Did not actually go out at night but from what I know of the area it is top notch!
Fun Charity events.
