The Role
Good workload given and great activities organised alongside work such as CV workshops, presentations form other areas of the business and more.

Good, any queries i had i was not afraid to ask
Moderately busy, some days more busier than others especially on paydays but most days were generally okay as I was split between two teams.
I was given responsibility over sending and recieving dividends from counterparties

The Company
The atmosphere in my office was nice and calm not too laidback but definitely made me feel comfortable.
Not everything can always go to plan and we have to get access to the necessary systems which took a while but that was standard. Generally, activities were well organised
A lot of time, we had time to talk to those on senior level at RBC events, we had next steps meetings for grad and summer internship programmes, CV and interview workshops, everything.
Subsidised Canteen
Not at that stage yet but good so far
The Culture
We got on very well, had lunch together most days of the week, would stay for drinks some days after work
Expensive as we live in London
Loads of pubs and resturants around
Some rbc events and socials.
