The Role
A thoroughly enjoyable summer. Got a real oversight of the business and a chance to apply the skills learnt during my university course.
My team was very sociable always inviting me out after work. A really pleasant atmosphere in the office also.
Formal weekly meetings and general check-ups throughout the week meant I was never without guidance.
With my project and client work I was very busy. This may not be to everyone's taste but I thrive in a busy environment.
Got a chance to communicate to clients, lead projects and liaise with colleagues in other offices.
I will go into my final year with even more drive and purpose than I already had. I have been shown how to apply the skills I have learnt in previous years and as a result feel this will benefit me in future exams.
The Company
Excellent. Everyone was very pleasant and a few "characters" kept everyone in high spirits.
HR were excellent.
A lot of time and effort was spent teaching me to use software and perform calculations.
Company Parties/Events
An impressive intake of new graduates each year.
The Culture
Very good. Always invited to sporting/social events after work.
Commuting was expensive but Glasgow was fine.
Was quickly shown the hot-spots near the office.
Yes. Lots of sports and socialising.
