The Role
Enjoyment varied weekly. Some weeks I'd be really busy and others I'd be bored. Very cyclical but you get used to it.
Occasionally I would recieve appreciation and when this happened it was really great and motivating but it did not happen very often.
Both my managers are really busy. One tries his hardest to get in touch when he can tho can often go for over a month without a conversation. The other one never speaks to me at all.
I often go from bored to very busy but there are weeks that I can do my work at a good pace and not feel stressed.
I started as someones assistant and then took over their role. I have sole responsibilty for my tasks.
I will use this knowledge of the business world and life as an adult for the rest of my life. It has really opened my eyes.
The Company
There was always a relaxed atmosphere and I enjoyed chatting and networking.
Placement scheme overall was OK but varied drastically from one student to another.
I did some online training myself and some presentation workshops with HR but that was it.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Really like the company but would like a different role.
The Culture
The social side of this year was amazing. So many of us I made loads of great friends.
London is expensive but totally worth it and affordable with the salary.
London nightlife is the best ever, a really good range of things and places to go.
Always something going on.
